Frequently Asked

What exactly is a hostel?

A tourist hostel is a budget accommodation centre offering primarily shared dormitory accommodation; some private rooms; self-catering facilities and generally will provide laundry facilities. Hostels vary greatly in size and in the facilities on offer but one factor is constant: The accommodation is inexpensive, thus allowing those on a budget to visit places that they might otherwise be unable to afford.
